Yes. Physiotherapy can play an important role in reducing falls risk. A physiotherapist can assess balance, strength, mobility and walking patterns, then develop an exercise program to improve stability and confidence when moving around the home and community.

Physiotherapy can help maintain strength, mobility and confidence with everyday activities, such as walking, getting out of chairs, climbing stairs, and moving safely around the home. For many older adults, physiotherapy supports independence and helps them remain living safely in their own home.

Yes. Family members, carers, or case managers are welcome to organise physiotherapy appointments on behalf of clients. We regularly work with families and care providers to ensure treatment plans support the client’s goals and daily needs.

Most private health insurers cover physiotherapy under extras cover. The rebate amount varies depending on your health fund and level of cover. Clients can pay for their appointment and claim the rebate directly through their health fund

What Clients Say

James has been incredibly helpful in improving my mobility and confidence at home after my hip replacement surgery. He is professional, patient, and always explains exercises clearly. The home visits made a huge difference and I am now walking confidently without a limp.

Margaret

Bondi Junction

James has been wonderful in helping me regain my strength and balance at home, He has a very warm and understanding approach and always took the time to listen and explain things clearly. With his help I now feel much more confident moving around the house and outside, and getting back to my usual daily activities.

John

Randwick

James has been fantastic working with my mum at home. From the first visit he was kind, patient and very understanding of her needs. He helped improve her strength and balance, and we've noticed a big difference in her confidence when walking around the house and getting up and down stairs, which she previously found very difficult. It's very reassuring knowing she's in such capable hands.
